Who can take part?

Below is a list of key eligibility criteria for the AMPLITUDE clinical research study. Please note other protocol defined inclusion and exclusion criteria apply.

Key inclusion criteria

All sexes aged 18–65 (Phase 2) or 10–65 (Phase 3)
APOL1 genotype of G1/G1, G2/G2, or G1/G2
Proteinuric kidney disease

Key exclusion criteria

Solid organ or bone marrow transplant
Uncontrolled hypertension
History of diabetes mellitus; a diagnosis of prediabetes is permitted
Known underlying cause of kidney disease,
including but not limited to sickle cell disease
